INDIGO POWDER

Description

Indigo Powder is used to get the deep black or dark brown hair color. in case of Blonde, Grey and white hair you need to apply this in two step. First apply Vanrasa  Henna and once you wash out henna, apply Indigo same way. For Normal hair, you can mix Henna and Indigo for Shiny Black color. For different shades you can vary amount of Henna and Indigo in the mixture.

• 100% Natural Indigo Leaves Powder (Indigofera Tinctoria)

Storage

• Store in Cool, Dry Place. Avoid direct Sun light. Don’t store/freeze Henna & Indigo Mixture. Store each powder separately.
• Protect from moisture.

How to Use:

• Take Vanrasa Indigo Powder in a bowl and add Luke warm water and stir the paste.
• Cover the mixture & Keep this for about 1-2 hrs.
• Apply some coconut oil to your hair line ears and neck to keep them protected from the color.
• Wear gloves and start applying the mixture to your hair with an applicator brush. Start from the roots and make way to the tips.
• Wrap each section around the top of crown as you apply the henna so that you end up with a bun. Once all of your hair is covered in the mixture, cover head with a shower cap and wait for 2-3 hours. If you have mixed Indigo with Henna, it may take 6-7 hours to develop color.
• Rinse the Indigo out of your hair. Don’t use Shampoo. Let your hair air dry.

Allergy Advice:

• This is Natural product. A skin test would be recommended to avoid any reaction due to individual sensitivity. Apply a small amount of paste behind the ear and wash it off once it dries.
• Wait for 24 hours if no reaction occur then it is safe for use.

Warning:

• For External use only. Do not apply on skin or near eyes. For grey hair coverage Indigo powder is best to use with Henna or after dying your hair with henna.

How often: one or twice a month.
